What it does
- Comment on any task or photograph, and on a document in a browser
- Attach photographs and videos to a comment, and documents too in a browser
- Mention somebody and they are notified
- Reference another item and the two are linked
- An unread badge, so a thread that moved on is visible from the list without opening it
Why it matters on site
The alternative is a WhatsApp group where the decision about Plot 5 scrolled past three weeks ago. Keeping the conversation against the work is what makes it findable when it matters.
