Visitor register

Sign visitors in, record the induction, and produce the roll call in seconds.

A dialog headed Sign in a visitor, described as somebody on site who is not a member of the project. Fields hold a name, a company, a purpose of Client, a time in of 11:22 and an empty time out labelled leave blank while they are on site. At the foot a tick box reads Site induction completed, with the note that the roll call flags anybody on site without one.

The signing-in book at the gate works right up until the moment you need it, which is the moment everybody is standing at the muster point.

What it does

  • Sign a visitor in and out on a phone or tablet
  • Record the induction they were given
  • A live roll call of everybody currently on site
  • Kept against the project, so the record survives the book going missing

Why it matters on site

A paper register is a legal requirement answered badly. The roll call is the reason this feature exists, and it is the one thing a book on a desk cannot do while you are standing outside.

Which plan

This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.

How to use it

The manual page for this is in the Help Centre, and it is the same guide SiteBot reads inside the app. Read the guide.
