Site inductions
Everybody reads the site rules and signs on their own phone, on their first morning.
- Browser
- Phone and tablet
- For directors and owners
- For site managers
- For subcontractors
An induction on a clipboard in the cabin gets done when somebody remembers. One that is waiting on the new starter’s phone gets done on the first morning.
What it does
- Write the site rules once: hours, the assembly point, first aid, PPE, current hazards
- Or attach your own induction document as a PDF, read and signed in the same way
- Each person reads them, and the RAMS that apply, on their own phone
- They give an emergency contact, their skills card and any qualifications
- They sign with a finger, and the site manager countersigns
- A signed induction cannot be changed afterwards
- You can see who has not done theirs
Why it matters on site
When something goes wrong, the questions are who was told what, and who to ring. Both answers are on the job, against the person, with the time they signed.
Which plan
This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.
How to use it
The manual page for this is in the Help Centre, and it is the same guide SiteBot reads inside the app. Read the guide.
