RAMS signed on site
Risk assessments and method statements, read and signed on the phone, before work starts.
- Browser
- Phone and tablet
- For directors and owners
- For site managers
- For subcontractors
A RAMS in a folder in the office protects nobody. One that the operative has read and signed on their own phone, standing on the site, is a different document.
What it does
- Write the risk assessment and the method statement in the app
- Send it to the people who have to sign it
- They sign on the phone, with their finger
- Once somebody has signed, that version is frozen and cannot be quietly edited
- The record shows who signed what, and when
Why it matters on site
The whole value of a signature is that the thing signed cannot change afterwards. That is enforced here rather than trusted.
Which plan
This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.
How to use it
The manual page for this is in the Help Centre, and it is the same guide SiteBot reads inside the app. Read the guide.
