Where your data lives

Your projects are hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and you control who has access to each one. UK GDPR applies. The Privacy Policy says what we collect and why, the Data Processing Agreement covers your obligations to your own team, and the Sub-processors page lists every service we rely on to run the app.

Plans and prices

Every plan, what it costs and how many people it seats is on the Pricing page. There is no billing page inside the app yet, so to change your plan or your card, email support@buildersai.co.uk or ask your organisation owner. How seats are counted is in Organisation and seats.
