Materials to charge
What has gone to site from the yard, the van or stock, and what you have not billed for yet.
- Browser
- Phone and tablet
- For directors and owners
- For site managers
Twenty bags of cement leave the yard for a job, and three weeks later nobody can say whether they were charged for. This keeps tabs on what went where.
What it does
- Log a line when something goes to site: what, how much, which job, where it came from
- Do it from the phone, in a browser, or by telling SiteBot
- One list across every job you run, opening on what is still to charge
- Tick the lines you have billed and mark them charged, with the invoice number
- Mark a warranty call-back or your own cost as not chargeable
- Export the list as a spreadsheet to price and invoice against
Why it matters on site
The materials you forget to charge for are pure loss. A line takes a few seconds to log at the yard, and the list of what is still to charge is the first thing you see when you sit down to invoice.
Only admins can change whether a line has been charged.
Which plan
This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.
