Evidence packs
A set of photographs, recorded once, and provable afterwards.
A folder of photographs emailed to a solicitor proves what is in the folder. It does not prove when it was assembled or that nothing was swapped afterwards.
What it does
- Bundle a set of photographs into a pack
- The pack is recorded when it is made, and the record is what it is made of
- Assembling the same pack twice is refused rather than duplicated
- Each pack can be checked afterwards against what it says it holds
Why it matters on site
Photographs are only evidence if their provenance holds up. This is the difference between a set of pictures and a record somebody can rely on in a dispute.
Which plan
This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.
