My BuildersAI is yours, whichever company you are working for. It holds your cards and tickets, the training your company has given you, your own notes and reminders, and the companies and jobs you are on. Your training is explained on its own page, “Training: Your Own Short Courses for Your People, a Record Each”.
Where to find it:
- In the browser (app.buildersai.co.uk): click your avatar (or your initials) at the top right, then My BuildersAI
- On the phone: open the side menu and tap My BuildersAI, just below Profile
Your cards:
- Every card on your record is listed, with whether it is Valid, Expiring Soon or Expired (and in the browser, who added or checked it). Your cards belong to you, not to a company, so they go with you to every job
- Add your own card: tap Add your own card, pick the type and fill in the number and expiry date, and add a photo of the card. On the phone you can Scan the card and the details are filled in from the photo; check each one before you send it
- A card you add goes in as Waiting to be checked. It does not count on site, and is not on any compliance list, until an administrator of one of your jobs has checked it. They are told it is waiting
- If they send it back, the reason is under the card. Tap Change it to put it right, a new photo included, and send it again, or Remove it
- When it is checked, you get a notification and it shows as one of your cards
- When an administrator adds a card for you themselves, you get a notification too, and it is on your list straight away
- If nobody can check it yet (you are not on a job as a member or an administrator, or you are its only administrator), the card says so, and it waits until somebody can
- A card that has been checked can only be changed by the administrator who added or checked it. Ask them
My notes:
- Only you can see your notes. Not the companies you work for, not your site manager, and not SiteBot
- Tap Add a note and write what you need to remember. Give it a date if you like, and a time too
- A note with a time rings on your phone at that time, like a reminder, and its words show on your lock screen as a reminder’s do. A note with only a date shows when it is for, and does not ring
- Tick the box beside a note when it is done. Done notes are folded away at the bottom
- Notes work on the phone with no signal, and are on every phone and browser you sign in on
- A note is not a task: nobody else is told about it, and it is not on any job. To give somebody on a job something to do, make a task on that job instead
Where you work:
- The companies you work for and the jobs you are on in each, with a job in no company listed on its own. Tap a job to open it. On the phone, a job whose company is not on your phone is listed under “Other jobs”
If you run a job: cards people on your job add for themselves wait for you under Cards to check on the job’s Team Compliance page. See the “certifications” topic for checking one.
