Accident and incident reports
Write it down on the phone while it is fresh, and have everybody who saw it give their own account.

- Phone and tablet
An accident book in the cabin is filled in late, if at all, and the witnesses have gone home. Here the report is started on the phone at the time.
What it does
- Report from the phone: somebody hurt, a near miss, something dangerous, somebody taken ill, something damaged, or a spill
- Say when and where, what happened in a line, and what was done straight away
- Whoever reports it can add photos from their phone
- Each person who saw it writes and signs their own account, which cannot be changed once signed
- The site manager closes it with a root cause and an action, or a reason for none
- Every report on the site in one register
Who sees it
Only the site manager and the people involved. Details of an injury are kept apart, and only the person who was hurt and the owners and administrators of the company running the site can read them.
Which plan
This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.
How to use it
The manual page for this is in the Help Centre, and it is the same guide SiteBot reads inside the app. Read the guide.
