Site poster
A poster for the gate: the crew scan it to check in, and new starters ask to join from it.
- Browser
- Phone and tablet
- For site managers
- For subcontractors
Getting somebody onto a job used to mean knowing their email address and hoping the invitation arrived. The poster on the gate does it where they are standing.
What it does
- An admin prints the poster from the job’s settings
- Somebody already on the job scans it and checks in
- A new starter scans it and asks to join, and an admin says yes or no
- A visitor scans it and signs themselves in and out, with no app to install
- The poster works until an admin withdraws it
Why it matters on site
Nobody joins the job by scanning. A new starter is asking, and an admin decides. A visitor is recorded on the register and never gets into the app.
Checking in from the poster is still a deliberate tap by the person, and it records how far from the site it was made.
Which plan
This is included in every plan, from £149 a month. Plans differ by how many people they seat, not by what the software does. See pricing.
How to use it
The manual page for this is in the Help Centre, and it is the same guide SiteBot reads inside the app. Read the guide.
