Key features include version-controlled drawing management, push announcements with read receipts, manual site attendance with geo-tagged photos, task tracking, and compliance certificate management. The platform works offline, making it suitable for sites with poor signal including basements, plant rooms, and rural locations.
The AI assistant, Sitebot, allows trades to ask questions in plain English and receive instant answers drawn from the project's drawings, documents, and announcements. Sitebot is accessible both within the app and via WhatsApp, meaning trades can get answers without downloading anything new.
A web dashboard gives directors and project managers a live view across all active sites, covering attendance, photos, compliance status, and outstanding tasks, without needing to call the site manager.

BuildersAI is built around UK construction workflows, regulations, and terminology. The platform supports CDM compliance documentation, CIS requirements, and the audit trail requirements introduced under the Building Safety Act 2022.
